No direct use of Artificial Intelligence

The bulk and the main content, be it audio or video, are NOT generated by the AI.

Generating audio and video by the AI would consume so much energy and feed into making our planet a worse place for plants, animals and so on to live on that I would never bring myself to accept using it.

There are however grey areas that I have no control over, such as software like Davinci Resolve Studio and iZotope RX 12 that may use AI to process the audio and video editing process. As a result, on par with the idea of being closer to a purist nature recorder, I do bare minimum editing and preserve the content as long as they are not obnoxious to the viewers and listeners.

However, since I do struggle with coming up with the right vocabulary and grammar on my own (English is not my mother tongue), I do incorporate AI to help with the scripts. In doing so, I try to be mindful of not doing excessive conversation or deep research that would pull so much processing power. I also benefit from non-AI grammar checkers incorporated inside text editors since decades ago.
